Bill GRP INS-TEACHERS RET INS COMM Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971. Requires the Teacher Retirement Insurance Program Committee to identify proposed solutions to the funding shortfalls that are affecting the Teacher Health Insurance Security Fund and to report those solutions to Governor and the General Assembly within 6 months after the effective date of the amendatory Act. Illinois HB 3411 (97th) — GRP INS-TEACHERS RET INS COMM

Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971. Requires the Teacher Retirement Insurance Program Committee to identify proposed solutions to the funding shortfalls that are affecting the Teacher Health Insurance Security Fund and to report those solutions to Governor and the General Assembly within 6 months after the effective date of the amendatory Act. Effective immediately.
