Provides that the assessment imposed on long-term care providers in relation to the number of occupied bed days shall not be billed or passed on to any resident of a nursing home operated by the nursing home provider (rather than may not be added to the charges of an individual's nursing home care that is paid for in whole, or in part, by a federal, State, or combined federal-state medical care program, except those individuals receiving Medicare Part B benefits solely). Illinois HB 3635 (97th) — DHFS-LONG-TERM CARE-ASSESSMENT
Amends the Long-Term Care Provider Funding Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code.
