Illinois HB 3875 (97th) — RTA-WORKING CASH NOTES

Amends the Regional Transportation Authority Act. Provides that the Regional Transportation Authority may issue, sell, and deliver specified additional Working Cash Notes before July 1, 2014 (now, July 1, 2012). Effective immediately.
