Bill	SE IL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BD	Amends the Southeastern Illinois Economic Development Authority Act. Provides that the Southeastern Illinois Economic Development Authority shall consist of 27 members (now, 10). Provides that the public members of the Authority shall consist of 9 members appointed by the Governor and 17 members appointed by county chairmen of specified counties. Provides that 14 members constitute a quorum (now, 6). Sets forth the terms for the public members of the Authority. Requires that all successors to the initial members shall be appointed by the original appointing authority. Provides that the chairman of a county board may remove any public member appointed by the chairman in the case of incompetence, neglect of duty, or malfeasance in office. Requires that all official acts of the Authority be approved by at least 14 members (now, 6). Makes other changes.
