| Bill | YOUTH VET CONSERVATION JOB ACT | Amends the Illinois Youth and Young Adult Employment Act of 1986. Changes the short title to the Illinois Veteran, Youth, and Young Adult Conservation Jobs Act. Defines "managing supervisor" and "veteran". Provides that funding for the Act shall be from any State or federal funds or grants or other funding received by the Department of Natural Resources. Provides that the Illinois Young Adult Conservation Corps shall be limited to citizens of the State who at the time of enrollment are 18 through 25 years of age and who are unemployed and the Illinois Veteran Conservation Corps shall be limited to citizens of the State who are unemployed veterans. Provides that the Illinois Youth Recreation Corps programs shall provide conservation or recreational opportunities and the Illinois Veteran Recreation Corps is established to make grants to local sponsors to provide wages to veterans of any age operating and instructing in conservation or recreational programs. Provides that the ratio of youth and veteran employees enrollees to a managing supervisor must not be less than 10 to one for any local sponsor with a total number of youth and veteran employee enrollees of 10 or more, and that any local sponsor program with a total number of youth and veteran employee enrollees of less than 10 must be limited to one managing supervisor. Makes other changes. Also amends the Department of Natural Resources (Conservation) Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois, the Department of Veterans Affairs Act, and the Clerks of Courts Act.
