Illinois HB 5480 (97th) — VOLUNTARY PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS
Amends the Voluntary Payroll Deductions Act of 1983. Reduces the number of designations that must be made on behalf of an organization by employees or State annuitants in order for that organization to qualify to receive payments through payroll deductions under the Act.
