Bill DHS-LONG-TERM CARE REBALANCING Amends the Community Services Act. Provides that the Department of Human Services' report on a scheduled reduction in individuals receiving care at a State developmental disabilities facility shall be given to the General Assembly within 30 days of when a decision by the Secretary of the Department is made to decrease the population (rather than within 30 days of when a decision is made to decrease the population).
