Illinois HB 5899 (97th) — COUNTIES CD-FOREST PRESERVES

Amends the Counties Code. Authorizes a county to enter into an intergovernmental agreement with any forest preserve district that exempts the district from compliance with county zoning ordinances. Effective immediately.
