Bill STATE EMPL GROUP INS-ANNUITANT Amends the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act. Makes changes in the provisions concerning findings and definitions. Provides that assessments (instead of appropriated funds) and other revenues collected or received by the Comprehensive Health Insurance Board shall be included in the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Fund. Deletes a provision concerning eligibility. Makes changes to the provision concerning deficit or surplus. Illinois SB 1313 (97th) — STATE EMPL GROUP INS-ANNUITANT

Amends the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Act. Makes changes in the provisions concerning findings and definitions. Provides that assessments (instead of appropriated funds) and other revenues collected or received by the Comprehensive Health Insurance Board shall be included in the Comprehensive Health Insurance Plan Fund. Deletes a provision concerning eligibility. Makes changes to the provision concerning deficit or surplus. Effective immediately.
