Bill INS CD - FEES AND CHARGES Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that filing fees charged by the Director of Insurance for a policy filed as it will be issued regardless of the number of forms comprising that policy shall not exceed $1,000. Provides that for advisory or rating organizations, fees charged for a policy filed as it will be issued regardless of the number of forms comprising that policy shall not exceed $2,000. Illinois SB 1544 (97th) — INS CD - FEES AND CHARGES

Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that filing fees charged by the Director of Insurance for a policy filed as it will be issued regardless of the number of forms comprising that policy shall not exceed $1,000. Provides that for advisory or rating organizations, fees charged for a policy filed as it will be issued regardless of the number of forms comprising that policy shall not exceed $2,000. Effective immediately.
