Bill SCH CD-INCREASE DRIVER ED FEE Amends the School Code. Provides that a school district may increase its driver education course fee to an amount not to exceed $250 (from $50) by school board resolution following a public hearing on the increase. Provides that the increased fee must be waived for students who participate in the course and are unable to pay for the course. Illinois SB 1643 (97th) — SCH CD-INCREASE DRIVER ED FEE

Amends the School Code. Provides that a school district may increase its driver education course fee to an amount not to exceed $250 (from $50) by school board resolution following a public hearing on the increase.
