Bill VEH CD, ID CARD ACT-VARIOUS Amends the Illinois Identification Card Act and the Illinois Vehicle Code. Makes changes to provisions regarding: the issuance of driver's licenses and identification cards; confidentiality of driver medical reports; information on school bus driver permits; application of school bus driver permit restrictions; issuance of graduated licenses and probationary licenses; cancellation of licenses or permits; discretionary authority to suspend or revoke licenses or permits; impoundment or forfeiture of a vehicle related to multiple summary suspensions; length of summary suspensions; driver training schools; and commercial driver's licenses.
