Provides that each regulated utility shall submit the rules, regulations, and definitions used for their procurement goals in their quarterly report, and the Commission shall publish each quarterly report on its website and shall maintain each quarterly report for at least 5 years. Illinois SB 2526 (97th) — UTILITY-REPORT MINORITY-OWNED
Amends the Public Utilities Act.
