Illinois SB 3240 (97th) — STATE EMPLOYEES-BENEFIT ASSIGN

Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971 to provide that the program of health benefits set forth in that Act is subject to the provisions of the Illinois Insurance Code concerning the assignability of accident and health insurance. Effective immediately.
