Bill VEH CD-IN-LINE SPEED SKATES Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Defines "in-line speed skates". Provides that traffic laws apply to persons using in-line speed skates and that persons using in-line speed skates shall be granted all of the rights and subjected to all of the duties applicable to drivers of vehicles under the Code, with certain exceptions. Provides that in-line speed skaters may not attach themselves to any vehicle upon a roadway. Illinois SB 3336 (97th) — VEH CD-IN-LINE SPEED SKATES

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Defines "in-line speed skates". Provides that traffic laws apply to persons using in-line speed skates and that persons using in-line speed skates shall be granted all of the rights and subjected to all of the duties applicable to drivers of vehicles under the Code, with certain exceptions.
