Bill UTILITY-ENVIRONMENT DISCLOSURE Amends the Public Utilities Act. Provides that, beginning January 1, 2013, every electric utility and alternative retail electric supplier shall provide specified information related to the environment through an electronic medium, such as a website or by electronic mail, or through the U.S. Postal Service to its customers on a quarterly basis. Illinois SB 3591 (97th) — UTILITY-ENVIRONMENT DISCLOSURE

Amends the Public Utilities Act. Provides that, beginning January 1, 2013, every electric utility and alternative retail electric supplier shall provide specified information related to the environment through an electronic medium, such as a website or by electronic mail, or through the U.S. Postal Service to its customers on a quarterly basis. Effective immediately.
