Bill ADMIN PRO-PCB-AIR QUALITY Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Limits the authority of the Illinois Pollution Control Board to prescribe ambient air quality standards for criteria air pollutants, such as Nitrogen Dioxide, if those standards are more exacting than the National Ambient Air Quality Standards set by the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Illinois SB 3672 (97th) — ADMIN PRO-PCB-AIR QUALITY

Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Limits the authority of the Illinois Pollution Control Board to prescribe ambient air quality standards for criteria air pollutants, such as Nitrogen Dioxide, if those standards are more exacting than the National Ambient Air Quality Standards set by the Administrator of the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Effective immediately.
