Illinois HB 1040 (98th) — CMS-ITAP GRANT DATABASE
Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Illinois Transparency and Accountability Portal shall provide direct access to a database of all current State grants, sorted by grantee name, awarding agency, grant value, and the purpose for which the grant is awarded.
