Bill COUNTY-PROP LEGAL DESCRIPTION Amends the Counties Code. Provides that a notice concerning variations, special uses, or specified zoning hearings need not include a metes and bounds legal description of the property affected, provided that the notice includes the common street address or addresses and property index number ("PIN") of all the parcels of real property contained in the affected area. Illinois HB 1203 (98th) — COUNTY-PROP LEGAL DESCRIPTION

Amends the Counties Code. Provides that a notice concerning variations, special uses, or specified zoning hearings need not include a metes and bounds legal description of the property affected, provided that the notice includes the common street address or addresses and property index number ("PIN") of all the parcels of real property contained in the affected area. Effective immediately.
