Bill CNTY JT REGIONAL PLANNING Amends the Counties Code. Provides that any real property sold or conveyed by the joint regional planning commission must be appraised by a licensed and certified appraiser, and the appraisal shall be available for public inspection. Illinois HB 125 (98th) — CNTY JT REGIONAL PLANNING

Amends the Counties Code.
