Bill RETIRED MEMBER SPOUSE PLATES Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Allows surviving spouses of retired members of the General Assembly with retired member of the General Assembly plates to retain those plates for as long as they remain residents of Illinois and transfer the registration to their name within 90 days of the retired member's death. Illinois HB 1461 (98th) — RETIRED MEMBER SPOUSE PLATES

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Allows surviving spouses of retired members of the General Assembly with retired member of the General Assembly plates to retain those plates for as long as they remain residents of Illinois and transfer the registration to their name within 90 days of the retired member's death. Effective immediately.
