Bill SENTENCING POLICY ADV COUNCIL Amends the Personnel Code. Provides that employees of the Sentencing Policy Advisory Council are exempt from the provisions of the Code. Illinois HB 1533 (98th) — SENTENCING POLICY ADV COUNCIL

Amends the Personnel Code. Provides that employees of the Sentencing Policy Advisory Council are exempt from the provisions of the Code. Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Expands the membership of the Council. Effective immediately.
