Illinois HB 1570 (98th) — VIDEO GAMING-LOCATION

Amends the Video Gaming Act. Removes language regarding locating a licensed establishment, licensed truck stop establishment, licensed fraternal establishment, or licensed veterans establishment near an inter-track wagering location licensee licensed under the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975. Effective immediately.
