Illinois HB 1573 (98th) — LIQUOR MANUFACTURER AGENT-FEES
Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that manufacturers shall pay a fee of $250 when registering agents, representatives, or persons acting on behalf of a manufacturer. Provides that manufacturers shall send a list of their registered agents to any distributor or importing distributor to which the manufacturer has granted the right to sell at wholesale.
