Bill DCEO-SUPP LOW-INCOME ASSISTANC Amends the Energy Assistance Act. Provides that a provision concerning the Supplemental Low-Income Energy Assistance Fund and the Energy Assistance Charge is repealed effective December 31, 2018 (rather than December 31, 2013) unless renewed by action of the General Assembly. Illinois HB 2586 (98th) — DCEO-SUPP LOW-INCOME ASSISTANC

Amends the Energy Assistance Act. Provides that a provision concerning the Supplemental Low-Income Energy Assistance Fund and the Energy Assistance Charge is repealed effective December 31, 2018 (rather than December 31, 2013) unless renewed by action of the General Assembly. Effective immediately.
