Illinois HB 2720 (98th) — REAL ESTATE APPRAISAL EXEMPT.

Amends the Real Estate Appraiser Licensing Act of 2002. Removes provisions exempting certain types of valuations from being considered appraisals under the Act. Effective immediately.
