Bill REVENUE-COLLECTION Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that the time limitation period on the Department of Revenue's right to file a notice of lien shall not run during the term of a repayment plan that taxpayer has entered into with the Department, as long as taxpayer remains in compliance with the terms of the repayment plan. Illinois HB 2752 (98th) — REVENUE-COLLECTION

Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that the time limitation period on the Department of Revenue's right to file a notice of lien shall not run during the term of a repayment plan that taxpayer has entered into with the Department, as long as taxpayer remains in compliance with the terms of the repayment plan. Effective immediately.
