Illinois HB 2776 (98th) — VEH CD-SEAT BELTS-EXCEPTIONS
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the exception to safety belt requirements does not apply to vehicles of the fire department; vehicles of the Office of the State Fire Marshal; or ambulances, unless the delivery of life-saving measures prohibits the use of a seat safety belt.
