Illinois HB 2802 (98th) — MEDICAID-ELIGIBILTY SCORES
Amends the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. In regard to the nursing home prescreening project, requires the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, in conjunction with other specified State agencies, to execute written interagency agreements no later than October 1, 2013 to effect the establishment of procedures to permit providers immediate access to eligibility scores.
