Bill HEALTH FACILITIES BD-NOTICE Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. Provides that a State agency must notify the Board in writing of any intent to construct, modify, establish, close, or change the service category of any State-run healthcare facility. Requires this notification to include the facility's estimated service capacity, the location of the project, the estimated date the facility is to open, and when the facility becomes licensed. Illinois HB 2812 (98th) — HEALTH FACILITIES BD-NOTICE

Amends the Illinois Health Facilities Planning Act. Provides that a State agency must notify the Board in writing of any intent to construct, modify, establish, close, or change the service category of any State-run healthcare facility.
