Illinois HB 3190 (98th) — SCHOOLS-MENINGOCOCCAL VACCINE
Amends the School Code and the Communicable Disease Prevention Act. Provides that, beginning July 1, 2014, upon entering the 7th and 12th grade of any public, private, or parochial school, a student shall present to the school proof of having received an immunization containing meningococcal conjugate vaccine.
