Bill	CMS-HISPANIC EMPLOYMENT PLAN	Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department of Central Management Services shall consult with the Hispanic Employment Plan Advisory Council when preparing its State Hispanic Employment Plan. Makes corresponding changes. Creates the Hispanic Employment Plan Advisory Council, which shall meet quarterly to provide consultation to State agencies and the Department and consist of 11 members, each of whom shall be a Latino subject matter expert.
