| Bill | ID AND LICENSES | Amends the Illinois Identification Card Act. Expands the definition of disability to include oncological impairments. Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Secretary of State may suspend or revoke the driving privileges of a person that has been convicted by a court-martial or punished by non-judicial punishment by military authorities of the United States in another state for a traffic related offense that would be sufficient to merit suspension or revocation of driving privileges under the Illinois Vehicle Code. Removes the ability and requirement of the Secretary State to adopt rules for restricted commercial driver's licenses limited to operation of a school bus, which was replaced by the School Bus Driver's Permit. Illinois HB 4422 (98th) — ID AND LICENSES
