Bill MENTAL HEALTH RECORDS: CORONER Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act. Provides that records and communications of a deceased recipient shall (instead of "may") be disclosed to a coroner conducting a preliminary investigation into the recipient's death. Illinois HB 4694 (98th) — MENTAL HEALTH RECORDS: CORONER

Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act. Provides that records and communications of a deceased recipient shall (instead of "may") be disclosed to a coroner conducting a preliminary investigation into the recipient's death.
