Bill PESTICIDE DEALER LICENSE APP Amends the Illinois Pesticide Act. Provides that an applicant under the Act who has been certified shall be required to apply for a license or pesticide dealer registration on or before October 31 of each year. Provides that failure to apply for a license or pesticide dealer registration on or before October 31 of each year shall void the certification. Illinois HB 5464 (98th) — PESTICIDE DEALER LICENSE APP

Amends the Illinois Pesticide Act. Provides that an applicant under the Act who has been certified shall be required to apply for a license or pesticide dealer registration on or before October 31 of each year. Provides that failure to apply for a license or pesticide dealer registration on or before October 31 of each year shall void the certification. Effective immediately.
