Bill WIU-SELL PROP/RETAIN PROCEEDS Amends the Western Illinois University Law to allow the Board of Trustees to sell, lease, or otherwise transfer and convey specified property in Rock Island County without compliance with the State Property Control Act and to retain the proceeds in the University treasury in a special, separate development fund account that the Auditor General shall examine. Allows revenues from the development fund account to be withdrawn by the University for certain purposes. Illinois HB 5678 (98th) — WIU-SELL PROP/RETAIN PROCEEDS

Amends the Western Illinois University Law to allow the Board of Trustees to sell, lease, or otherwise transfer and convey specified property in Rock Island County without compliance with the State Property Control Act and to retain the proceeds in the University treasury in a special, separate development fund account that the Auditor General shall examine.
