Bill RACIAL CLASSIFICATION Creates the Uniform Racial Classification Act. Provides that whenever a State agency is required by law to compile or report statistical data using racial or ethnic classifications, the State agency shall use the same classifications adopted by the United States Census Bureau. Illinois HB 5793 (98th) — RACIAL CLASSIFICATION

Creates the Uniform Racial Classification Act. Provides that whenever a State agency is required by law to compile or report statistical data using racial or ethnic classifications, the State agency shall use the same classifications adopted by the United States Census Bureau. Effective immediately.
