Bill PRECIOUS METAL TASK FORCE Amends the Pawnbroker Regulation Act. Makes changes to the Section that creates the Precious Metals Purchasers Task Force. Provides that the task force shall file and present the report concerning its recommendations to the General Assembly on or before December 14, 2014 (rather than on or before December 14, 2013). Illinois HB 5845 (98th) — PRECIOUS METAL TASK FORCE

Amends the Pawnbroker Regulation Act. Makes changes to the Section that creates the Precious Metals Purchasers Task Force. Provides that the task force shall file and present the report concerning its recommendations to the General Assembly on or before December 14, 2014 (rather than on or before December 14, 2013). Further provides that the Section is repealed on June 30, 2015 (rather than December 31, 2014). Effective immediately.
