Bill VEH CD-CERTIFICATE OF SAFETY Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Illinois SB 1294 (98th) — VEH CD-CERTIFICATE OF SAFETY

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Changes the requirement that second division vehicles be subject to safety inspections from once every 6 months to once every 12 months. Increases the cost of safety certificates from $1 to $2. Effective January 1, 2014.
