Illinois SB 1321 (98th) — PROSTATE AND TESTICULAR CANCER

Amends the Department of Public Health Powers and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Deletes certain types of information concerning the prostate and testicular cancer program that are required to be included in the Department of Public Health's annual report.
