Illinois SB 1456 (98th) — FIRE PROTECTION QUALIFICATIONS

Amends the Fire Protection District Act. Provides that appointed members must possess the qualifications required of other officers of the fire protection district, as well as other qualifications set forth in the Act. Effective immediately.
