Illinois SB 1530 (98th) — LOW SPEED & NON-HWY VEHICLES
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Prevents low speed vehicles and non-highway vehicles from making a direct crossing of a tollroad, interstate highway, or controlled access highway. Requires drivers of low speed vehicles attempting to cross any other highway under the jurisdiction of the State at an intersection of the highway with another public street, road, or highway.
