Illinois SB 1584 (98th) — PEN CD-COOK CO-DISABILITY
Amends the Cook County Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Provides that a county employee with 20 or more years of service, who first became a participant on or after January 1, 2011 and whose entire disability benefit credit period expires before attainment of age 62, may qualify for certain annuities.
