Illinois SB 1657 (98th) — PROP TX-BOARD OF REVIEW
Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that no more than 2 members of an appointed board of review may be affiliated with the same political party (now, the board consists of 2 members who are affiliated with the political party that receives the highest vote for any county office in the county, and one member who is affiliated with the party that receives the second highest vote for the same office).
