Bill ARCHITECTURE-QUALIFICATIONS Amends the Illinois Architecture Practice Act of 1989. Provides that on or after January 1, 2014 and until January 1, 2016, a person who has graduated with a pre-professional 4-year baccalaureate degree in architecture and has completed such diversified professional training, including academic training, as is required by rules of the Department, and has begun, but has not yet completed, the examination requirements set forth under Section 12 of this Act prior to January 1, 2014, may apply for licensure with the Department upon completion of the requirements under Section 12 of the Act. us/states/il Illinois General Assembly 98th SB 1792 Illinois SB 1792 (98th)

Illinois SB 1792 (98th) — ARCHITECTURE-QUALIFICATIONS

Amends the Illinois Architecture Practice Act of 1989. Provides that on or after January 1, 2014 and until January 1, 2016, a person who has graduated with a pre-professional 4-year baccalaureate degree in architecture and has completed such diversified professional training, including academic training, as is required by rules of the Department, and has begun, but has not yet completed, the examination requirements set forth under Section 12 of this Act prior to January 1, 2014, may apply for licensure with the Department upon completion of the requirements under Section 12 of the Act.
