Provides that a municipality may, in the course of exercising any permitting, licensing, or other regulatory function, accept documents with an electronic signature. Makes changes concerning the seal, date, and signature on technical submissions in the Illinois Architecture Practice Act of 1989, the Professional Engineering Practice Act of 1989, the Illinois Professional Land Surveyor Act of 1989, and the Structural Engineering Practice Act of 1989. Provides that when specified professionals have technical submissions that are prepared utilizing a computer or other electronic means, the seal, signature, current date, and date of license expiration may be generated by the computer. Illinois SB 1826 (98th) — PROFESSIONS - E SIGNATURE
