Bill	CD CORR-MINIMUM TERM-DETENTION	Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Amends the definition of "imprisonment" to include electronic home detention served by an offender after the offender has been committed to the custody of the sheriff to serve the sentence and the sheriff has placed the offender in an electronic home detention program. Illinois SB 1854 (98th) — CD CORR-MINIMUM TERM-DETENTION

Amends the Unified Code of Corrections.
