| Bill | LOTTERY-DIRECTOR | Amends the Illinois Lottery Law. Changes references from "Superintendent" to "Director" throughout the Act. Provides that the Director of the Lottery or his designee shall provide a briefing on proposed major media campaigns at any regularly scheduled meeting upon written request from any Lottery Control Board member, and such written request must be received by the Director at least 10 days prior to the regularly scheduled meeting. Replaces language regarding reproduced copies with language that provides that reproduced copies of any of the Department of the Lottery's records relating to an account under certificate of the Director or any officer or employee of the Department designated in writing by the Director shall, without further proof, be admitted into evidence in any hearing before the Board or its Hearing Officers or any legal proceeding and shall be prima facie proof of the information contained therein. Makes other changes. Amends the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Adds the Director of the Lottery to the list of heads of departments. Adds provisions stating that the Director of the Lottery shall receive the annual salary set by law for the Director of the Lottery.
