Bill STATE GRANTS-REPORT Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative code of Illinois. Provides that State Agencies shall provide information to the Department of Central Management Services to create a searchable database on the Illinois Transparency and Accountability Portal (ITAP) on all grants to community based organizations providing services on a local basis. Amends the Illinois Grant Funds Recovery Act. Provides that State agencies shall make an annual report to the Governor and the General Assembly on all grants made to community based organizations providing services on a local basis. Illinois SB 2381 (98th) — STATE GRANTS-REPORT

Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative code of Illinois. Provides that State Agencies shall provide information to the Department of Central Management Services to create a searchable database on the Illinois Transparency and Accountability Portal (ITAP) on all grants to community based organizations providing services on a local basis. Amends the Illinois Grant Funds Recovery Act. Provides that State agencies shall make an annual report to the Governor and the General Assembly on all grants made to community based organizations providing services on a local basis. Effective immediately.
