Illinois SB 3038 (98th) — WORKPLACE VIOLENCE EXCEPTION
Amends the Workplace Violence Prevention Act. Provides that the Act does not apply to the monitoring of compliance with certain worker safety laws, lawful picketing, or the exercise of the right of free speech or assembly that is otherwise lawful. Effective immediately.
